Every Nitro OBD2 Tuning Chip is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If the unit fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive the product if the item is defective on arrival or stops working within that window.

To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must not be physically damaged, modified, burned, or misused. Any signs of tampering or unauthorized repair void the warranty.
Wrong orders made by the customer (e.g. ordering the diesel variant for a gasoline vehicle) are not eligible for return. Please double-check compatibility before placing your order.
Shipping fees for returning items under warranty are shouldered by the customer unless otherwise agreed with us in writing.
Once we receive the returned unit, we will inspect it. A replacement will be sent after inspection confirms a manufacturing defect. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are covered by the same warranty as prepaid orders. There is no difference in coverage based on payment method.
